“Good position, room clean, quiet, no breakfast but a lot of restaurant near.”

“Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. ”

“bathroom dirty, Full of insects, old room, and very noisy. Worn out scheets. Old and dirty carpet”

“Okay to stay there but after 5 days of the same breakfast it got old. The staff at the front were very good. The room could have used a much better cleaning. The place is beginning to be old and dated.”

“The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of.”

“Extremely large property decent rooms, quiet considering how many rooms there are very good breakfast very generous options nicely maintained easy access would stay there again good value”

“Very loud area, they did provide earplugs. Mostly clean room but there were box elder bugs on the carpet”

“We were there for an event that was located in the hotel, but the staff was helpful and there is a lot to do in the area. ”

“ Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Location was good being downtown. Nice little fitness Center. ”

“Breakfast was good. The first day there was a hair in the hash potatoes. And the original waffle batter run out, so you had to have the other kind. It didn’t seem like anyone was there at the front desk at all times. And we asked for four extra pillows and they said we can only have 3. The hot tub was warm, but the pool was pretty cold. There was toy lid under the ac from the previous occupant. So it seems like they didn’t clean it thoroughly. Overall it was just okay. I’ve stayed at better BWH....

“Dan at check in was great. the breakfast was amazing and would stay again. the only thing i had an issue with was we had a room near the pool on the 1st floor and could smell the chemicals. ”
