“The proprietors are very helpful and friendly and really want you to have a great stay and go out of their way to make it happen. It's a great no-frills motel with plenty of free parking. The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!”

“Struttura molto bella, appartamento pulito e spazioso con una bella vista direttamente sull’oceano unica pecca non sono passati a pulire e sostituire la biancheria dopo il quinto giorno di permanenza come descritto dai servizi.Personale gentile, tranne due signore alla reception non molto “socievoli””

“La struttura è vecchia, malamente rimodernata. Nella stanza aleggiava odore di muffa, che ha intriso i nostri vestiti. Il condizionatore era troppo rumoroso. La colazione, semplicemente scandalosa, aveva solo cibo confezionato. Abbiamo pagato 200 euro a notte ma l’hotel non vale nemmeno la metà. Dopo due notti ce ne siamo andati, nonostante la prenotazione fosse più estesa. Esperienza da dimenticare !”

“Hotel affacciato sull'oceano, a poco più di un chilometro dal centro di Daytona Beach, grazioso, sufficientemente pulito, solo un po rumoroso per via della Statale 1 che gli passa davanti. Personale inesistente, il gestore non è uscito al momento del check in è al momento del check out abbiamo infilato la chiave in un buco apposito vicino all'ufficio. ”

“This Hotel goes above and beyond. Nell and her staff are exceptional. The entire building is well maintained, spacious rooms with kitchenettes, VERY clean inside & out . Located right on the beach with ocean views. We are already planning our next visit.”

“Great location ....they sent message that my request for top floor had been met. I did not get top floor..one ice machine on the first floor for all 5 floors..they didn't clean the sand from the from Tues thru Friday..never used pool or hot tub..we're working on tiki bar worker was pretty rude..they offer a good deal on umbrella and chairs..but you have to set them yourself and they don't have auger to dig hole for umbrella...”

“Overall it was great. Service was great and everyone was friendly The view was beautiful. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The only negative would be the bar and restaurant service took a while at times but the food and drinks were really good!”

“The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying.”

“I have amazing experience! The rooms were nice and clean they smell amazing. The view was excellent. The food at the bar was so delicious. The drinks were spectacular. Plenty of pool towels to lounge by the pool live DJ music was a plus. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. My stay was from June 19 through the 22nd 2026.”

“I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”
