“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”

“Breakfast was terrible. Hot tub was not working. Lady at the reception when checking out (7/20/22 morning) was lazy ant not helpful, while the lady at the check-in (7/18/22 evening) was nice.”

“Very clean room and clean around the hotel. There is a big grassy area that is immaculately kept, so if you are traveling with pets, this is great. Enough room for them to stretch their legs. Rooms are quite adequate and clean. It is very quiet and close to the interstate and other amenities. I regularly stay at budget motels/hotels with dogs and this place is definitely on the nicer end of what you'll get in this price range! Staff were some of the nicest too.”

“Mostly nice, although we did notice a small stain on the comforter during the last night. I also wish they would provide complimentary water bottles in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

“Beautiful hotel that’s well positioned near downtown Boston. The staff is very helpful and gentle. The breakfast was simple, but delicious. Me and my 3 other friends would definitely choose this hotel once again when we come back to the US.”

“The staff was amazing, very helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. We needed bedding for the pull out sofa bed and a call to the front desk had the bedding delivered quickly. The location was excellent with the mall and a variety of restaurants nearby.”
