Mi sono presentato alle 9.30 del mattino dopo 10 ore di volo e 3 ore di taxi.Mi hanno fatto notare che avevo diritto alla camera dopo le ore 14. "Ok" ho risposto "aspetterò qui".Dopo 40 minuti la camera era pronta! La"camera" era costituita da locale w.c.,locale doccia,locale armadio, ingresso con lavabo,balcone con divano e Jacuzzi e finalmente una camera da letto lunga 5 metri!Eravamo solo una decina di "stranieri". Gli ospiti erano quasi tutti Thailandesi.Bellissime le posate con il manico lavorato e le teiere stile"fin de siecle" pesantissime. La spiaggia immensa, era quasi vuota. Tutto bene.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge, känns dock som att hotellet sett sina bättre dagar. Personalen kändes serviceinriktad men lite oplanerad. Ofta slut på handdukar vid poolen. Poolen i sig är i behov av renovering, kakelplattor som lossnat, lite vassa kanter på sina håll. Det va lugnt och fint men skulle behöva höja upp sin standard något för att efterleva 4,5stjärnor i min lekmanna mening

We already fix the sunbed problem with the extra more number of sunbeds with the sign to ask for guest cooperation not to put towels to reserve and disappear. Værelser var ikke klar kl. 14.00, lidt surt når man rejser flere timer, for ikke at få værelset når man ankommer. Sol stolene var altid optaget med håndklæder men ingen var der, det er bare ikke ok, så var der jo ikke solstole nok. Fin morgenmad, super betjening .

Great efforts to give guest a Moroccan Vibe which was a nice theme resort. Breakfast options were Meh. 10mins walking dist from Blueport mall which is one of two bigger malls in huahin. Facilities were basic but sufficient. truely enjoy the jacuzzi in the junior suite which unfortunately broke down on my last day which i had plans to use. No replenishment of the daily complimentary tea/coffee in my 4days stay

Unique but need maintenance
Place looks very nice and view is fantastic but it needs lot of maintenance. Room looked magical. Our jacuzzi was broken and taps were leaking. Garden view was more like construction site view and the ac condencers made terrible noice at the balcony. Foods and drink are expensive and the happy hour was only 6 to 8. Service was very good and staff was helpful. All in all I can recommend this place but get other than garden view.

Very disappointed, not worth the price
I expected to receive a pampering room, unfortunately an old-fashioned room with a strong smell of mold, an air conditioner without a remote control and unclean curtains, even the bedding did not smell of cleanliness, there was a feeling that the room had been closed for a long time and had not been ventilated. The air conditioner was very noisy and it was difficult to fall asleep with it, so we turned it off before going to bed, so that during the night it was very hot. The staff is nice but it doesn't make up for a disappointing and old room.

Wir waren zum 2.mal in diesem Hotel. Schade dass es keine Früchte mehr gab im Zimmer, in der Junior Suite, ebenso musste das Badesalz bezahlt werden fürs Jacuzzi. Das war beim 1mal alles inklusiv. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam, freunlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück mit feinem Cappucino sehr lecker und üppig. Es nervte mich, wenn um 14.00 die Liegebetten nur noch seitlich geduldet waren, und Tischchen und Sitzsäcke zum essen auf der Rasenfläche aufgebaut wurden, obwohl diese kaum benutzt wurden, gegen Abend evt. von 2-3 neu ankommenden Gästen. Es wurde auch nie kontrolliert, wenn freche Gäste 2-3 Plätze reservierten einer an der Sonne, einer am schatten, und eine grosse Liege…. und andere Gäste kein freies Liegebett hatten. Etwas mehr Kontrolle wäre angebracht, schliesslich hat jeder Hotelgast anspruch auf ein Liegebett.

Before covid we were three times in this hotel, but never again. So many things were getting worse There was no maintenance for sunbeds, garden, the whole house For 150 beds only 18 sunbeds, this is a „no go“ Only six umbrellas, the others were broken From 2.00 pm guests cannot use the garden area, no shuttle any longer to the night market Stuff is not very helpful and unfriendly and they did not make any service at breakfasttime Management is not available, mostly in holidays No chairs in the suites The only good things are the big rooms

The staff, especially Game, were extremely freindly and very helpful! And one of the cutest customer service members was the hotel's resident cat. Again, a huge thank you to Game for all his help

房間很有異國風情，很適合拍照，雖然設施稍舊但看得出來有用心維護。陽台上的按摩浴缸是很新奇的體驗，記得把陽台遮罩放下來。 員工都很親切熱心，手寫迎賓卡片，迎賓糕點令人印象深刻。 早上千萬不要錯過豐盛的早餐和海灘上的日出，烤肉串，甜點和小油條都很推薦。

Excellent stay
The rooms very spacious and the hotel is an excellent location. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs.

We went for a wedding. The setup was beautful. In general, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were more than i expected and very clean. The breakfast package/setup was very good and had a variety of food including local dishes. There were also other amenities like a spa, gym,etc. Overall, it was a very nice hotel. I would go again.
