“Could use a little more inspection on bedding cleanliness and not really any prepared hot breakfast. But, staff was friendly and overall value was good for what you paid for.”

“Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful There was no coffee maker in the room which I really need in the mornings . I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! ”

“The room was clean. That's There about the only positive. The large vinyl /leather? chair was very worn. Worst of all was the awful mattress. I sat on the edge of it and almost sunk to the floor. No one could sleep on that side, so I tried the other side. It was a little better, but still very uncomfortable. I had very little sleep. I plugged in my phone charger next to the bed, and my phone was dead in the morning.”

“It was quite and my room was clean very spacious room I had a sleepover for my granddaughter and 6 other girls and it was enough room for everybody then some I will definitely book again when I come to Ohio”

“So run down. The ac was old and you could see outside of it. Paneling along the floor was falling off, stains on the walls, but, you get what you pay for i guess. ”

“The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. Asked for refund, front desk clerk/manager gave run around with the third party trying to contact to confirm that I cancelled the room. I do not recommend. I was...

“Room was DIRTY and the sheets were dirty and stained upon inspecting when we first checked in!! We did not stay, we checked out and asked for a refund and they denied my requested . My 7 month old was with us too.”
