“Everything was easy from the booking to the parking and check in. Everyone I encountered at the front desk and the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. My room was having issues with the heating and didn't have a mirror over the vanity, but they called me and let me know and they adjusted the price accordingly. The pool was the perfect temperature! I really appreciate the staff and enjoyed my stay.”

“Parking was conveniently outside the hotel entrance and we were greeted in the lobby. Our check-in was quickly finished and our breakfast (s) and needs for the next couple of nights recorded. Fantastic room with modern and useful amenities. The structure of the original brick building with custom designs in each room. Quiet and cozy with beverages and snacks for guests. Five star restaurant across the street with many downtown eateries within walking distance. Perfect hotel to enjoy Wooster. ”

“I booked a king size room and when I arrived, they indicated they didn't have any more available. The rooms appeared run down. Bed was not comfortable.”

“Our stay was great. Jeff, the front desk worker, was super friendly. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast omelets were the ones with peppers, and not just the plain cheese ones. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“ This motel is a great value for amenities and room. The price is fair and everything met or exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was plenty and was fresh and wonderful variety. Their bananas and tangerines I especially liked. I appreciated hot oatmeal with toppings of brown sugar, sliced almonds and raisins. There were healthy items and more than adequate breakfast items to eat. I liked the quiet room and the comfort and cleanliness too that provided a wonderful 2 nights of sleep. ”

“Not the best...and not the worst. Reserved King room with sofa bed. When I got into my room, there was no sofa bed, just a chair. Went back to the front desk and requested room with sofa bed. Owner said that there were none available...they were taken. After pointing out that the parking lot was empty, and other discussions, he came up with a room with a sofa bed. (there were only a few guests that stayed at the hotel that night) The room was OK. It was clean but the bed had a huge...

“We had a great stay at the Comfort Suites in Wooster. Our room was spacious for a hotel room, and was clean upon arrival. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was great with hot options like fresh biscuits n gravy, sausage, potatoes, cinnamon rolls etc. Only minutes away from town. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Wooster in the future! :) ”

“Questioned how well things are cleaned between guests. The refrigerator in our room still had food in it from previous people. Did mention it to the desk and got a "sorry". The guy that checked us in didn't really seem to know what he was doing either. ”

“Breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, but very high! Short person alert! I’m 6’3 and loved it but my 5’1 grandmother or kids would have trouble getting in and out of the bed. ”
