Hotel a Westfield Center

“Always a great place to stay in Orrville. We stay here each time we come to Ohio. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. This time we stayed in a king suite with a separate bedroom, kitchen area for light meals, desk and living area which accommodated just what we needed. We work remote and the wifi is sufficient plus have Ethernet connection. Breakfast has a wonderful variety of food as well as coffees and teas. We had to extend our stay several...

“The room was large and had a full size refrigerator, small kitchenette. Very handy. The furniture needed updating as it had holes and stains.”

“It was one night stay , I reached around 10pm. process was easy and safe.”

“Room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful There was no coffee maker in the room which I really need in the mornings . I do not like to have to get dressed right away and go to the common area for a coffee . Also there were no drinking glasses , ice bucket , alarm clock or room safe . Far too under equipped !! ”

“Anche se l'hotel è un po' datato, è tenuto molto bene e il soggiorno risulta perfetto, almeno per motivi di lavoro. Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione buona, nei dintorni c'è la possibilità di raggiungere negozi e ristoranti anche a piedi. Hotel consigliato.”

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
