“The room was moldy, I had to leave the room due to the mold since I am allergic to mold. Contacted for a refund, which the hotel denied. Drug invested area, cars parked on the road beside the hotel, pulled out lawn chairs and were drinking on the side of the road. Very un safe area and dirty hotel. I did not read the reviews, hope you do”

I turned on the bathtub and rust came out from the tub faucet, it did clear, and I did report the rust. The room was musty. And the snack bar was under construction, so no snacks. “Horribly misleading photos. Once you step past the lobby or look in any direction you can see that everything was dirty, run down, and smelled. There was broken or out of service signs on almost every visible area, doors windows, etc. Our room looked nice but was very dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable. The sinks backed up the tub backed up, there was tubing and bite marks all over the door frame and walls. There was half holes. It was horrendous. The breakfast ran out of everything...

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”
