Fully equipped kitchen w/beautiful quartz countertops and gas stove! Laundry area located in ½ bathroom.
3 TVs w/ Xfinity service + DVD. 
Gas grill & lakeside fire pit available.  Newer dock w/covered boat slip, hoist (4000lb max.), floating dock, electricity, lights and dock house for storage w/small fridge.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. The first charge will be the VRBO Service Fee* and the second charge will be $200 which is collected by Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.

Let It Be

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Let It Be. The early morning sun shining on the low hanging fog on the water made for absolutely gorgeous pictures. The hot tub was a very nice perk as well. The only critique I would have would be to try clean the furniture a bit better between guest stays. I know it's a pet friendly , but when we first arrived the living room couch was absolutely covered in pet hair. I had to spend about 30 mins with a lint roller on that thing to get it to a not disgusting state. This was really the negative thing about our visit.

Great Vacation

My wife and I and our 2 grandchildren spent a week at this lake house and had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for a family of four. The house is located in a peaceful cove on wonderful Smith Mountain Lake. We highly recommend this rental.
