  • WIFI, tavolo da biliardo e ping pong e una spiaggia sabbiosa! Questa casa è adorabile! Il lotto è quasi piatto più vi è una spiaggia di sabbia. Vi è un altro di 800 mq di sala giochi (biliardo, freccette ping pong) nel garage distaccato e un teatro per i bambini. Il lato roadfront ha un proiettati in veranda per il caffè del mattino. Il lato lungomare ha una piattaforma spaziosa con spazio per tutti e una vista killer. Una volta all'interno della casa, amerete le decorazioni e gli arredi. Un mix di arte contemporanea incontra rilassato stile lago fanno di questo uno dei più confortevoli case sul nostro programma di noleggio. Le camere sono spaziose e salotti sono aperti e invitanti C'è uno spazio esterno festa in giardino recintato caratteristico per intrattenere o così fido può ottenere qualche esercizio senza mamma e papà doversi preoccupare di lui scappare. La zona della spiaggia di sabbia è l'ideale per i bambini piccoli troppo. C'è un gazebo l'acqua. Il garage ha un tavolo da biliardo che si trasforma in un tavolo da ping pong, freccette troppo! C'è una casa sull'albero e pedalò (ricostruita e perfettamente funzionante 12/1/2017) come pure per i bambini. C'è un firepit per arrostire marshmallows o condividere bevande con gli amici.

    Al livello di entrata, troverete la cucina, un piccolo angolo colazione, la più grande sala da pranzo che è aperta sul soggiorno, una camera da letto e un bagno completo. La lavanderia è anche al livello principale. Il soggiorno e la zona pranzo sono dotati di porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono su un'impressionante terrazza con vista sul lago. Con posti a sedere per 8, tavolo con ombrellone e grill a gas, questo è il luogo di intrattenimento perfetto per qualsiasi gruppo.

    Al piano superiore, c'è una sala giochi e 2 camere da letto supplementari che condividono un bagno completo nella hall. La sala giochi ha una tv e un sistema di gioco per i bambini. C'è anche un piccolo mazzo fuori dalla stanza dei giochi. Con tutti gli extra in questa casa, vorrai rendere questa tua casa per le vacanze per gli anni a venire.

House was what I expected. I rented the house because of outdoor fence for my shepherd. It was perfect for outdoor dog. House was as clean as possible for house that allows dogs to stay inside. We would rent again if we carried shepherd with us.

Adorable house, loved the gated back deck for our dog! Great location. Close to both the state park and golf and restaurants at Mariner’s Landing. Would highly recommend and wouldlove to stay there again when we come back to visit family.

Came down for a weekend fishing tournament. It was a nice place. Suited our needs perfectly. The garage play room was a hit. Very conveniently located between parkway marina and the state park. Conveniently located close to a gas station and an awesome pizza place.

Nice location

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Cozy house. The back deck is gated which made it a great place to sit with our dogs.

Overall Great Stay

The house was great! Wasn’t thrilled about having to take sheets and towels for the stay, that’s a lot of extra baggage for a family of 4. But, loved the property....will definitely stay there again!

Easy booking and check in. Property had games and kayaks that we all enjoyed.

Relaxing experience with fun extras. Beautiful lake with clean water. Fun fishing and kayaking. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit and the mini pool table in the garage.

Perfect getaway

This house is a perfect getaway if you want to be active and use the lake or simply relax on the deck. It is so dog friendly with the dog yard - my dog and I played out there a ton! We were able to cook our meals and just hang out on the deck and enjoy the views. The state park entrance is around the corner and we enjoyed hiking in the mornings. Great house!

Great location!

Perfect house for our family of 5 and dog. The deck is shaded perfectly. The dock and cove are safe for relaxing on boards or floats. The 2 kayaks were great to have for exploring the lake. The house itself was cozy without feeling small. Lots of supplies for preparing meals at the house.

Wonderful Fall Retreat

It was beautiful!!! We loved the dock/gazebo, the fire pit and the deck! All had beautiful views of the lake. Our only criticism was we were unable to adjust the thermostat and the heat kept coming on unnecessarily.

Perfect vacation spot

This place gives you nonstop entertainment from the pool table, tennis table in the garage if you have a rainy day and are stuck inside to the huge variety of books and board games offered inside. Love that you offered life jackets and things to enjoy the water with. Trees provide that much appreciated shade on a sunny day. Kitchen provides everything you could possibly need. And am so thankful it is very pet friendly from the closed in area for them to run, gate on the back deck to the screened in front porch. We will definitely visit again and encourage anyone looking for a relaxing vacation to book here

Great Holiday Weekend

Wonderful location, great dock we’re we caught a ton of fish, plus it was easy to use the kayaks off of it. Gorgeous views the minute you walk in, loved the fire pit and deck area. Super dog friendly side yard, they even had dog bowls. The kitchen had every type of cooking implement, utensils, etc you needed. They had lots of books and dvds, games. Our kids are Grown but would be wonderful for little ones! Deer through out the neighborhood. 15 minute drive to store, restaurants and even wineries. We really enjoyed our stay! Only complaint is there were a lot of spiderwebs that needed to be taken care of on the outside.

3.5 rating. When we got there it wasn’t cleaned from the last people who stayed - dog hair and people hair all over, bathrooms dirty, bedrooms messy. Had to spend a good hour and a half cleaning and washing the bed spreads that were there. There’s a notice on the fridge that says notify the rental office and that no refunds are allowed and I’m sure they would’ve responded but we needed to get settled in and didn’t really have time to wait for someone to come and clean it. Really unfortunate as the property is lovely - nice little beach, access to lake, fire pit, and dog run were all nice.

Dog & Family friendly - a sunny place to stay

Overall, we LOVED this place and hope to visit it again. It was very dog friendly, which is hard to find (separate, but connected fenced yard, fenced deck, dog friendly neighbors, etc.). The deck by the water has a cute gazebo, the game room was a hit with our teens, the sandy beach and kayaks were in great condition, the cove is not crazy busy even on a holiday weekend, and the place was clean and well stocked with standard kitchen/bathroom necessities. My only feedback would be a clearer list of what to bring vs. what they have, further in advance - plan to bring or rent sheets/towels, they have a regular coffee machine, no kettle, but there is a gas grill. They do have paper products to get started, but knowing it's a bit of a drive to a store, bring extras with you as well as things like foil/plastic wrap, spices etc. Thank you for having us!!

Beautiful views to wake up to!! Plenty of space for a family to stretch out, and the inside of the home was very clean with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Be aware - the bunkbed is now Queen size on both top and bottom. We were unprepared for that; the listing said Queen and Twin when we booked. There were 6-8 remotes in front of the TV downstairs and we didn't have the energy to try to figure out what goes to what. We were unclear where the kayaks that belong to the property are...there are 2 that are on the very edge of the property, on the other side of a tree, facing the neighbors backyard. We weren't comfortable enough with the assumption to do anything with them. I was surprised the lawn and decks weren't more cleaned up; all the neighbor's lawns were.

Relaxing getaway

Very nice house and we liked that we and our friends could bring or small dogs. Plenty of kitchen supplies, very nice deck and great area for the pups. Plenty of cul decsacs to also walk your pets too. Rectangular small screened in porch area which was great for the day it rained All Day! We also used the kayaks which was nice to have. The game room needs a little updating as the foos ball table and ping pong table need some balancing but we had fun with the ping pong. The AC unit in the garage did not stay on But we weren’t in there a great deal of the time. It’s a great house if you have kids b/c the upstairs has 2bedrooms and PlayStation in the sitting area for the young adults. We really liked watching the deer-a group of 6/7 that hang around a lot. Would definitely go again!
