Outside, you'll find a spacious, gently sloping yard ideal for lawn games or just soaking in the peace and quiet. Sip your morning coffee on the dock as the mist rises off the water, cast a fishing line, or take a boat out for a leisurely cruise. In the evening, fire up the grill or gather around the fire pit to watch the stars come out. There is a paddle boat and 2 kayaks for use!

All Casago homes are non-smoking.

No more than two dogs allowed.
- Clean up after your pet inside and outside
- Do not leave your pet alone in the house unsupervised unless in a crate
- Guests are responsible for the pet and any damage caused by it
- Pets outside must be on a leash
- No pets allowed on beds or furniture
- No wet pets allowed in the house - rinse & dry your pet outside with your own towels
- Pet hair or pet odor, especially on beds, furniture, or linens, will require additional cleaning fees

Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only.

Cancellation policy:
30 days or more prior to check-in date is a 100% refund.
14-29 days prior to check-in date is a 50% refund.
Less than 14 days from check-in there is no refund.
