Wonderful Location!

This house is in such a nice quiet cove! Dock seating is plentiful and the view is beautiful. Logistically the house is great for a larger group, although we were only 6 adults. The only improvements I would recommend are a few nicer kitchen amenities - sharper knives, better can opener, air fryer. They are small things but they make a huge difference when trying to prepare meals.

The best lake vacation!

My family and I stayed at Lake Grace for our lake trip this year and would absolutely stay here 100 times over! I’ve recommended the property to several people. It was clean, had every single thing we needed + more. We can’t wait to come back!

Lake getaway

The property was beautiful and just as described. We had a couple issues that were resolved easily and quickly. The hanging chairs on the dock were the hot commodity. The water was clean and easy to get into to float and swim. The large cove was perfect with a beautiful view. The house and amenities were everything we needed. We would love to celebrate summer and our family here every year!

Location location location

The location of this property on the lake is awesome. Quite cove, easy in and out on our boat. Great for swimming, fishing. The house was very clean and space was great for our family. A couple of things could use some attention, the deck being number one, the railing all around was completely unsafe, coming undone all around. They don’t allow you access to the garage if you’re needing that. Pans and utensils are needed in kitchen. View of lake and easy walk! Overall loved this property.

Great House!

This house was perfect for us and our friends. It was super clean, a great location and fabulous dock to hang out on. The hosts were very responsive and even left little housewarming gifts. We would definitely book this house again!

Perfect spot on the lake

We really enjoyed the spaces where we could all be together - like on the dock, kitchen table or living room, but also spaces to be apart and get a little work done. A lovely home and wonderful spot on the water!

Great Home with a Wonderful Yard

We rented two homes for our large family reunion, but we used this house as the daily gathering point because of the fabulous yard. Our young ones had room to play frisbee, kick balls, play corn hole, toss balls, and just run free.

Wonderful Property!

This property was amazing! Beautiful, large and updated! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer from fishing and swimming at the dock, to ping pong and cornhole tournaments to watching all the wildlife visit us everyday! The house has amazing views and we will certainly be back!

Fall weekend

The house was clean and the property provided easy access to the lake. It is a gradual slope to the dock, making it manageable for the grandparents who were with us for the weekend. The deck(s) are great for overlooking the lake in the morning or evening. The paddle boat was a nice feature for anyone looking to fish beyond the dock/shore without having to rent a boat of feeling unsteady in a kayak. There are no life vests on the property, so be sure to bring some along. The marina does sell some for around $30.

Great Family Vacation Property

We (2 parents, 3 kids (13-24 y.o.) plus 2 friends, 2 dogs, and a drop-in by brother and wife) had a great time at this property. We were extremely satisfied with the condition of the property, the amenities- boat dock, covered downstairs patio, ping-pong table, TV, Wifi, gas grill, plus the linen service including sealed towels and washcloths, coffee, replacement propane tank. Overall, we had a great experience in this home, and we look forward to returning next year! Definitely 5 stars!

Perfect location on SML

For one of our annual family gatherings for 2022, we started with a stay at SML The location and setting of this lake house was just perfect! We enjoyed everything about it!...the house, the yard, the dock, the neighborhood. It's so peaceful and so scenic. We will definitely be back.

Great house and location!

We loved the house and dock. House was clean and the beds were very comfy. We loved the dock and furniture. Only complaint is there weren’t any wine glasses! We were able to check in early and check out late, thanks for an amazing house!!
