You will be thrilled with the convenience of the deepwater, oversized private dock with two boat slips that await at this home. Updated decks and railings add an elegant touch to the home’s exterior and provide guests with a place to enjoy an open-air meal during their stay while soaking up the sunrise, sunset, or overall view.

Indoors, the upgrades at Sail Away continue with a space with fresh new carpets throughout the home, updated and stylish furniture, a pool table for friendly competition, and ample indoor seating options when socializing and lounging are both a priority.

The living room at Sail Away boasts vaulted ceilings, and sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to the deck where patio furniture waits. Just off the living room, the dining room hosts a table that can accommodate the whole group. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be cooked to taste in a kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances and a small central island with barstool seating.

The bedrooms in Sail Away come with plush mattresses, and each room includes a private balcony that overlooks the lake and mountains. The primary bedroom is equipped with a large TV and a spacious bath.

Outdoors, enjoy fine extras that include a large firepit when it’s time to roast marshmallows lakeside, as well as a hot tub if you prefer to sip something savory while dipped in bubbles. Enjoy great views of the lake and mountain both inside and outside of the home. This property comes with kayaks, paddleboards, and a canoe upon request.

There is no use of the boat lift or slip. Bring your own boat fenders and life vests.
A limit of one boat can be docked during your stay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
