“This listing was over all very quiet, cozy, spotless and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area. The Famous Sponge Docks and Beaches are minutes away. My wife and I were able to jump on the local trolly which is less than 1 block walking distance! We had a great time playing the life size chess board and soaking up the Florida Sun! “My week long stay was very enjoyable in this property. Everything was clean or new. Great kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans. Large TV. Super quiet, driveway parking. This community also has a pool that you have access to. I did not use it, but I think it’s a nice benefit. Communication was excellent. I would certainly rent again.”

“Overall wonderful stay. I visit the area often through out the year because my youngest sibling lives down there and we both were blown away with how nice and beautiful the place was. Very close to everything we wanted to do. Host was great and often emailed kind words and even recommended things to do! Only thing I wish they had was a strainer and pans for the oven. We cooked dinner in a few nights because it had a beautiful full kitchen. Would stay again!”
