“They never came to clean our rooms, no beds made, no clean toilets! Otherwise the beds were comfortable!”

“The bed linens were not changed. They made the bed with the old linens. Blood was on the sheets, pillow cases and towels.”

“Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view).”

“Enjoyable outdoor area for gathering. Accomodations were a good rate. Only complaints are the room itself was smaller than anticipated, very limited refrigerator space and no continental breakfast. Food at the grill with Starbucks in the lobby was great but especially expensive. Staff were wonderful. Access to area dining, shopping and entertainment was excellent. Would stay there again.”
