The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Outdoor Living
Step outside and enjoy the large waterfront deck, grill area with sail shades and bar seating, and wood-burning fire pit with comfortable seating. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon grilling, sunset cocktails, and evenings gathered around the fire. Waterfront & Boat Access
The property offers a large dock with direct canal access to the Gulf of America. If you bring or rent a boat, you're welcome to tie off at the dock.
Please note: The boat lift is privately rented to a local family and is not available for guest use. They are authorized to park on the side of the house and enter the backyard to access their boat. Guests will be given advance notice whenever possible if they plan to come by.

Check-Out
Before checking out, please:

Load and start the dishwasher.
Turn off the lights and lock the doors.
Leave beds unmade, there is no need to strip the beds.
Tidy any major messes.
Clean up after pets, including potty areas.
