“Nice place. Comfortable room. Breakfast is what is expected, but decent. The Staff leader for the breakfast area does an excellent job and is helpful. Like the 24 hr coffee and tea in the lobby. ”

“The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are helpful. The hotel also locates at a very quiet location so I had a good sleep. The only disappointment is the breakfast doesn’t have much to choose. If I remember correctly it has less items then other Hampton I lived. Overall, a good place to stay for traveling Wilmington and Carolina Beach.”

“I booked through expedia.com who reserved the wrong room. When i got there i was told they were sold out deal with it for days i requested to be moved and was told no until one of employees nice gentleman name look switched my room wich I was greatfull for but then I called Expedia back to let them know what was going on they gladly lied said they would comp me 3 days stays then when they contacted the hotel the lady maid all kinds of accusations and threw me out of the hotel not only threw me...

“When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. By the time we were finally checked in, we had already been waiting over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in town for a wedding and ended up...

“Loved the breakfast at our Hampton Inn as expected. It's one of the reasons we prefer it along with clean room and bathroom. ”

“Very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Service was friendly. ”

“Room was clean, coffee is excellent and you can have some any time of the day - regular and decaf! Location is a bit noisy but we had zero bath towels and didn’t realize until getting out of the shower. Had to dry off with washcloths. Big miss on housekeepings work.”

“Room was gross. Weird large table in the room clearly being stored in there forsome reason since it was wrapped with a Moving blanket. Shower was gross and would not drain the shower pan filled up and ran over onto the floor which would explain the state of the door. Swolen and gross. Took about 40 min to drain. I had to use almost all my towels for the floor. Towels were thin and cheap. I would like at least 40% of my money back. ”
