“Staff 5 star and so helpful . Needed extra pillows was brought to room quickly . Asked for coffee and was made promptly , and so good ! If in area again I certainly would stay again Room could use extra mirror perhaps in front of desk as it's difficult to get ready to go out when only one to use .”

“I did not stay here once I saw the room...the good reviews are for the cleanliness of surfaces in common areas and helpfulness of staff. This property is very old and it is apparent. The room given for my reservation was a shock to my system- I opened the door to scratched up arms on the sofa, outdated, threadbare, and roughly-handled decor, stains on the bed skirts, and an obviously absent tub in service of an 'accessible' shower.
