The staff can barely speak English, my room was dirty as all heck, floors had gouges,stuff in the toilet, stuff on the walls in the bathroom,showers look like they were remodeled 10 years ago, there was nobody to talk to at all throughout the day now they’re keeping my security deposit because of the room, even though I have evidence showing that the room was all messed up before hand and now they’re dodging my calls.”

“They don't have enough people on duty at the front desk. Good luck trying to get any questions , answered or anybody to answer the telephone after four p m. Not the employee's fault, its management.Being cheap and not scheduling another person to help out.”
