“Broken room TV, broken water dispenser, gym hit and stuffy. Staff did not service room and would not provide new towels until WE brought dirty towels to them. Front desk had ling check in line and only one person working the front even though a second person was in the office…should have cone up front to help but didn’t.”

“Breakfast was the same each day, fake eggs and sausage patties. Beds and pillows were comfy. Our room did smell a bit like smoke and the curtains had burns so I did speak to the front desk about this to make them aware, very kind.”

“Room 606.. the water drained very slow out of the sink. The shower diverted was hard to torn & when water was coming out of the shower head it was also coming out of the tub filler. I have stayed in other Hampton inns . The bed was ok but pretty stiff. It needs a softer topper”

“Overall, our stay was great. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. Our room was clean however, did smell like remnants of cigarette smoke, which cleared out after running the a/c on high. There was some unfinished drywall work on the bathroom ceiling. The jacuzzi was not working and it was one of the reasons I chose the property, as I was traveling by car for work. Despite these deficiencies, I property was pleasant and clean. “Room was ok, it was one of the cheapest options and I was travelling solo, so it was a not a bad experience, but the bathroom did have some hairs on the vanity and tub, and the sofa and chair on the room were really dirty. Got a room near the front desk and there was a lot of noise at midnight.”

“The room walls needed painting. Our microwave and refrigerator were so helpful to have in our room. People are friendly and location was awesome!!! Quiet and great free coffee.”

“The hotel is located in a very good area with resturants near by. The hotel is occupied with shady guest. The floors are falling apart. My room was so so. The mattress to the eds are old and run down. Towels being clean but are old and yellowed. My room refrigerator leaked water. There were guest working on their vehicles in the back parking lots. They do not allow smoking in rooms, so a number of guest were out back smoking weed. Having said all that the price of the room was reasonalbe.”

The floors in the room were dirty, dropped something and made the mistake of looking under the couch and was disgusted, crumbs and thick layer of dust and dirt. The shower door didn’t stay closed and shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Water pressure was low in the sink. There were loud barking large dogs in the room next door. The pool was nice. There was a pest company at the back of the building with hoses into a room....

“Beautiful room and hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. It was a short stay so I didn't get a chance to use any of the ameneties but everything promised seemed to be available. Note to the girlies: bring extra lighting to do makeup in the bathroom or bring a mirror to do makeup with natural light from the window because the vanity light is romantic and not practical.”
