“Air Conditioning worked awesome, hotels not fancy but the price point was ok. No coffee on site or in your room. No filtered water to drink, no food on site. Just a basic room that was just fine. Pillows sucked but the bed was good.”

After contacting Expedia they too refused to give me my original payment back after having my card locked from the charges and the hotel not helping me. Not only that but received horrible customer service at check in. I was told by Expedia that I should contact my bank for fraud against the hotel.
