“The cottage was beautiful. We stayed for a concert and got a cab to Bala. Worked perfect for us for the night. Lots of space. Didn’t get a chance to spend a lot of time exploring the property but overall was very happy with it! ”

“Excellent location! The cottage feels fresh and new from the moment you walk in. It’s very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We loved the extra touches like kayaks, canoes, and other amenities that gave us plenty to do. Even though it rained for three days, we still had a wonderful time both relaxing indoors and enjoying the waterfront whenever the weather cleared.The setting is quiet and peaceful, yet just a 20-minute drive...

“Very peaceful and private area! The property looked just like the pictures, possibly even better than in the pictures. Host was very welcoming through virtual communication. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. We didn’t have kids with us so it wasn’t relevant for our stay, but there was a pretty awesome play area for kids in the basement that’s worth mentioning. ”

“Upon arrival we found dead bugs on the inside of the cottage likely from windows being left open. Septic tank was beyond full which meant the toilets backed up/flooded and flooded into the shower. Owner had a septic guy come out to empty the tank but the pipes must've been so far gone because of the full septic tank that the issues continued even after the septic tank was empty. “Had a wonderful 10-day trip for 5. Plenty of space, great views and clean property. Home is stocked with only the basics so ensure you bring everything you need. The inclinator is an easy way down to the dock but be careful if you take the stairs- they are steep and narrow. ”
