MID CITY HSV CONDO - FULLY RENOVATED!

This one-bedroom condo is centrally located in Mid-City Huntsville. You'll be conveniently close to the best dining, shopping centers like Bridgestreet Towncenter, entertainment like Dave and Busters, Top Golf, and the brand new Orion Amphitheater, work duty stations like Redstone Arsenal, Cummings Research Park, and the Huntsville Medical District, and sports like the Trash Pandas minor league baseball team!

***Late check-out is by request only at an add'l $40 fee and you are limited to one (1) hour.

Things to know about your reservation:
Check-in is any time starting at 4pm, check-out is no later than 10am. Your door code will only be active during the time of your reservation. You will receive a check-in reminder 24 hours before check-in, and you'll receive check-in instructions at 1pm on check-in day. You will receive check-out instructions the night before your departure.

The Bedroom:
The condo can comfortably sleep 2 adults, and potentially a small child - there is a King bed in the bedroom.

The Bathroom:
The SHOWER ONLY bathroom is fully renovated with new fixtures and a new vanity. The toilet has a soft flush that requires you to hold the handle down for a few seconds to complete a flush. Guests are provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 body bath towels, one hand towel, and a blow dryer.

The Kitchen:
All standard appliances are included: refrigerator, range oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, toaster, and garbage disposal. A full set of china, silverware, and cookware are available. Liquid dish soap, cascade gel, one roll of paper towel, one dish rag, one dish towel, and trash bags are provided. You can dine at the counter height bar and stools.

The Living Room:
Features a 75in Smart TV, sofa, loveseat, coffee table and end tables. You can enjoy summer nights lounging on the sliding door patio.

The Pool:
The pool is managed by the HOA and usually opens for "swim at your own risk" on Memorial Day weekend, through Labor Day Weekend. It may sometimes be closed for maintenance (this is not something I can control). If you desire to swim during your stay, please bring your own beach towels, and PLEASE FOLLOW THE RULES SET BY THE HOA.

Extras:
There is a standard in-unit washer and dryer available. Laundry detergent and softener are not provided. Please remember to empty the lint tray after each dry cycle.
Highspeed Wi-Fi with Xfinity is available.
There is a dumpster in the parking lot, please dispose of full trash bags there.

Things to know about the area:
You will need a vehicle to go everywhere, nothing is in walking distance. However, all dining and shopping is less than a 3-minute drive away!

Huntsville

The location was a little further from downtown Huntsville. In town for a work trip. It was the first floor and I didn’t realize that so there was a faint smell of smoke coming from outside. Kendall was very attentive and responsive. Great size place.

Nice, Quiet, Clean

I had a great stay at this property. It was neat, clean and just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was seamless which made it really easy to check-in and ask questions as needed. The location was great, roughly 10 min from the Von Braun Center where my conference was being held. Never had any issues with heavy traffic. I would stay here again and would recommend.

Homecoming Happiness

We decided to book this property while in town for AAMU’s homecoming. We were looking for a property that was in close proximity to the university…this property did not disappoint! The university, Walmart, Sam’s and some restaurants were only a 5-10 minute drive in either direction. This property was clean, comfortable and we never had any issues with parking. The neighborhood was also quiet. Kendal responded to our questions in a timely manner. He also allowed a later check out due to our departing flight. We’d definitely stay here again!

Out of town vacay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is in the middle of town where you can get to almost anything within minutes. Yet quiet enough that you feel like you are in a small town. The bed is ultra comfy and the amenities are nice. Kendall was super nice and we will book there for our future trips!

Quick trip to Huntsville

Great stay. Very clean and a great place to stay. We made a mistake in our reservation and the owner worked with us and was very accommodating. I would recommend this space to family, so that means we would recommend to anyone looking to travel to a Huntsville.

Excellent!

Perfect stay for our 3-day concert at Orion Amphitheater. Great location. Extremely clean. Quiet, cold (a/c worked great!) comfy bed. Everything we needed, nothing excessive or complicated. Outstanding communication, clear instructions for check in/out. Would definitely return! 5 stars

Good but needs improvement

Overall, Kendall was a very attentive host and made my partner and I feel comfortable. The place was was accurate based on the listing, but it was smaller than expected and on the first floor, which was not disclosed. Upon arrival, we noticed the toilet handle was broken and had to be fixed later that day. The removable shower head did not work the entire trip which minimized the water pressure. Also, the TV remotes need new batteries. For some extra privacy, I recommend blinds for the sliding door in the living room and curtains in the bedroom. Just an fyi, this location is located about 10-15 min away from downtown Huntsville.

Nice location. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke considered it was non smoking (gave me a headache). The toilet did not flush. I had to manually flush it... gross 😳

Very nice and accurate based on the listing. Very quiet area and the amenities were clean and inviting. Minor issues with kitchen sink and laundry amenities. Dryer didn't completely dry clothes after multiple cycles. Host Kendall was great and extremely responsive. Thank you again Kendall!!

Great rental!

Condo was exactly as pictured; easy check-in process. Great location for our needs. Comfortable bed; provided coffee/sugar/creamer was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this rental.

Loved it!

From the start Kendal was very informative and checked throughout my stay to make sure things were going well. He gave clear instructions for checking in and out and assisted promptly when needed. The property was clean and peaceful, I have no complaints. I will definitely book with Kendal in the future!
