I tried to work things out with PM, but they really don't care. The property manager took an unexpected 60 on 1st payment, and took 2nd pmt without authorization. Then refused to send check-in info until almost time. Failed to tell us you have to go all the way to the front to use the code, so it took like half an hour to get in. The downstairs is crawling with roaches, and the floors and baseboards are filthy upstairs. The master BR window can't be closed while using the AC, so we fought the heat and wasps. The backyard needs cut and is overgrown, but I understand the weather has been challenging. Downstairs toilet runs constantly, and the desk is missing. The table on the patio is unusable because it's missing a top. The WiFi won't connect to any of your devices, so while they have it, it's only for the tv. You can't use a phone, tablet, etc. so if you're planning to work, it's a no go. There was sticky stuff on the floor to keep the rug in place, but the rug moved and now it's just a sticky, gross mess in the master bedroom. It's a shame, because it could be an adorable townhome. Lots of room. The photos have obviously been doctored, because that's not really the furniture pictured. We've been using VRBO for years and have never had such a negative experience. I have photos of the issues. VRBO was unhelpful and after taking payments, the PM became difficult to communicate with. I have never left a bad review, so this makes me sad.
