Check in

Third time in two years to book a house that your company manages. The online software has never worked properly and created difficulty getting checked in and even getting passcodes to get into the houses each time. The property themselves are extremely poor maintenance on the outside. From stinky full trash cans to yards need to be mowed and taken care of.

Huge Home Review.

The home was ideal for housing our extended family who were all in town to attend a family member funeral. Clean, Large, and Functional. The Check verification process was tedious. The verification included full facial scan, photos front and back of drivers license, Very invasive and time consuming. Then as we tried to get the access code to the property to have more fees sprung on us that we either paid or we did not have access. Last minute extra fee for "pet friendly", plus a required damage insurance or potentially non refundable damage fee were both required as we were getting ready to check in to the facility. All fees, costs, services, insurance should be shown at initial purchase rather than hours before you are ready to check in.

Roomy and clean

We had a large group staying for competition purposes in Huntsville. The house provided plenty of sleeping space, as well as room to spread out and study, fellowship, and prepare for our contests. The laundry room was very handy, and the kitchens and bathrooms provided all necessary towels, shampoo, soap, etc. We really enjoyed the stay.

Roaches, No Internet, and a Mess Outside

First thing is there is a reason they don't show the exterior of this home in pictures. It is a hot mess that is not taken care of, trash cans on the side that smell when you get out of your truck and duplex style with multiple entranced with different house numbers etc. This house is pieced together and tried to be a duplex with 2 kitchens and kind of 2 separate homes they put together through a closet door. Furniture still has the numbers on them from the Ikea put together model. Did not even take the time to remove those. We found roaches in a drink we left over night on the table and in the sink of the main part of the house. Wifi is provided but nobody could get it to work. Passwords, links etc sent nothing worked. None of the TVs had internet so no watching TV because they don't provide any service to watch TV. You have to use your own streaming service if you want to watch anything yet the internet did not work while we where there. None of the plugs in 2 of the bedrooms worked and could not charge our phones while we slept. Woke up to dead phones. We showed up to check in at 4:30 and needed to shower and head back to work in a timely manner and found that the door code they provided did not work. After 15 minutes of trying to get ahold of someone finally a nice lady reset it for us and we got in just enough time to change clothes and head back to work sweaty from standing there. Only thing we got for all this was a "Sorry for the issues" and no compensation

Large Space

The property is quite large and can sleep a big group. The renovation of the house looks nice, but could use a refresh. The condition and comfort of the furnishings do not match the house - it is a bit hodgepodge. The management company was super responsive.

The error is in the title

This is a large, effectively air conditioned and clean place. Access was good but did require an initial remote reset of access codes. The kitchens are nice and modern with dishwashers. Unfortunately some of the dishwear was very dirty/unwashed so I ran everything, plates glasses and silverware, through the dishwasher the 1st night instead of using it. The title states no service fees but as soon as you book you get a $250ish fee actually labeled as a service fee. Overall, though I will easily return if I get the chance.
