Cabina sul fiume Flint: canoa, kayak e pesce

La nostra cabina si trova accanto al fiume Flint e dista solo 10 miglia dal centro di Huntsville. Il Flint è una popolare destinazione per canoa, kayak e pesca che corre per 20 miglia nel fiume Tennessee. La nostra casa offre tre camere da letto e due bagni che possono ospitare fino a sei. Master suite dispone di bagno privato. TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, griglia a carbone, lavatrice e asciugatrice forniti.

Gli ospiti apprezzeranno i motivi bellissimi e tranquilli che circondano la cabina su 2 acri di livello. La cabina si trova a circa 14 minuti a est della città di Huntsville (circa 10 miglia), ed è a 45 minuti di auto dal Tennessee River (Scottsboro o Guntersville). My family stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! We had 4 adults and 2 young children, and absolutely loved the covered patio and outdoor space. The house was just as it looked in the photos. There is a railroad track nearby (my kids loved seeing the trains go by) but it did not cause any disturbances for us. The location was perfect for us as well! We made many trips to the playground down the road, as well as day trips to the rocket museum, Monte Sano state park for hiking, and the railroad museum. We had a great time!

Such a relaxing place to stay. Loved the covered porch overlooking the river for reading and chilling. Clean and well stocked. So nice to have a washer and dryer. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars instead of 5 is the daily 6:30 train if anyone would be bothered by that.

Beautiful & Serene,This was a perfect escape after eloping in the mountains! The creek was a peaceful setting for morning coffee and the hot tub was extremely clean and just right for the season. Cathedral Caverns was a skip away and being surrounded by nature was just what the doctor ordered. Minutes away from downtown and a short ride to the lake, perfect place to unplug. Can’t wait to go back!!

Kelli was a wonderful host. Easy to contact with questions, quick to reply, and so kind. The house was like home away from home. Our kids (5 & 6) settled in immediately. We had plenty of quiet space to rest after a busy Summer. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

We were in Huntsville for a wedding. It wasn’t too far out of Huntsville at all. It was conveniently located to restaurants, convenience stores, and dollar stores. It was a great place to stay and very relaxing! Hope to visit again soon.

This is the second time my family has stayed at the river house and this time we brought some close friends. The property was just as great as the first time we stayed. The location is hard to beat with the tranquility of the country and the close proximity to Huntsville along with several other points of interest. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

My partner and I enjoyed our time at the Vrbo. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. The hosts had done a great job ensuring that the needed items were available for guests and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We were slightly distracted by the trains at night, but running white noise on our computer resolved that issue. Needing to mask noise at night is something we do at home so that's just our normal. We will definitely check to see if it is available the next time we stay in Huntsville.

In town with kids for space camp, chose this over hotel and glad I did. Close enough to Huntsville for what I needed and lots of great hiking in the area. Very relaxing setting and stellar communication from the host. Definitely recommend.

Great place on the flint to stay and relax and grill out. Across the river there is a spot to put out for kayaking as well. The house was well stocked and clean and the owner was very nice and quick with communication.

Perfect location close enough to the city. But in a very tranquil setting. This was the second time we stayed here. The host makes sure you have more than enough amenities and is very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to stay here.
