Hotel a Hūnua Ranges Regional Park

“Motel.was clean and warm But needs a new fridge there was no storage in the fridge door so had to lay milk down witch leaked Need fly spray carnt leave windows open because of mozzies. Otherwise very good . Pool was excellent good temperature. New alterations have made it even better but needs somewhere to store your towels and clothes when it rains. Thanks.”

“Really friendly staff and a clean, quiet room. Recommended.”

“We chose this location as part of our 6 day road trip from Wellington to Auckland. It is in a pleasant and convenient location for us and met our needs for an overnight stay.”

“Golf staff excellent. Need more food options.”

“Check in was so quick and the people were so kind! We were able to learn about local activities and dining! The room was spacious and had everything we ended. Far enough from town for beautiful scenery but close enough that everything was a 10min drive or less. Incredible stay!”

“Great stay, just the basket ball court is too close to the units. Some people decided to play early in the morning and woke us up.”

“Place was clean and had a great kitchen and was quite.”

“I had a fantastic stay at Te Aputa Lodge. It is truly a great property that offers a peaceful and comfortable getaway. Waking up to the nice sea view was a major highlight of the trip. Additionally, the entire place is perfectly well maintained, from the spotless rooms to the surrounding grounds. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“The property is very clean, bedrooms and bath rooms are very neat and nice, If you would like to cook all utensils are provided, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again .Laundry facilities are also available.”

“Good location. Room was perfect size for 2 of us for a short stay. We thought there was a spa but we didn’t see one. Stayed 3 nights and our room never got serviced.”

“Close to where our event was. Not suitable for a person with mobility problems.”

“The room was ok but small and not much of a kitchenette. It was ok clean but still some hairs on the bathroom floor from some previous guests. The receptionist was ok but could not help with dining options which was a bit of a problem as it was Monday and a bank holiday. So we had to find ourselves a good Indian restaurant. The hotel's restaurant was closed. Also, we asked for fresh milk but were told, we would not get one as there are the little plastic milk containers in the room's fridge....

“The door to the balcony needs a really good clean and there was no hot water in the morning for showers. The room itself was good and spacious. The restaurant had nice food. Quiet and good parking. Supermarket close and kitchen was usable with appropriate cooking stuff.”

“A very special property. Personally loved it. Cosy rustic accomodation in an amazingly beautiful natural setting. Marc and Sasha were both excellent hosts and provided fantastic advice for our trip around the Coromandel.”

“Location was excellent. Bathroom excellent. One cooking pot for kitchen, no ironing board and iron, bedside table broken, kitchen cupboard doors broken, no Sky on TV. Reception area not staffed and hard to get service.”

“The experience and the views were absolutely amazing. Thank you again for a fantastic stay. If we have the chance in the future, we would absolutely love to come back.”
