Cottage a Hurley

“Room was paid for in advance. Upon arriving, my son paid an extra $20 for early check on, and they ended up charging him a second time for the entire room. The keyosk was down and would no issue keys, so we ended up leaving. When contacting the hotel about it the next day, they claimed that they called as soon as we left to say we could come back, which was not true. We received no call. On top of that, we now paid for the room twice me”

“Every thing was great but the pool and hot tub were down which is why I booked there so disappointing.”

“The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable..The owner & his family made us feel like we were part of their family. The dogs warmed up to us too. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I wish there were staff on-site part of the time, just in case there is a problem or someone has questions. On the booking site, it would state that no one is on-site.”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Some issues with the t.v. would shut off and could not get it to go to channels. Lights would blink low to low light; seemed to be a power draw issue maybe. Easy check in. Very helpful in helping me do that.”
