“Such a great hidden gem! Walkable to the beach, and restaurants. The room was modern, cozy and well stocked. We enjoyed this place very much. Will definitely return. ”

“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“Pretty & new lobby. Rooms are very spacious & nice. Bathroom was simple & the shower wasn’t clean with a previous guess clump of hair on the wall. I asked for it to be cleaned & 2 days later I took the hair off myself. The light also didn’t work in the shower but did get fixed. They never replaced our TP so we had to request more & we never had tissue so i requested some & they never gave us any. This made the hotel feel like a 2 star place. ”

“L'hotel è vicino alla spiaggia, basta attraversare la strada e percorrere una cinquantina di metri. La stanza è grande, comprende una comoda cucina con frigo, forno microonde, tostapane, stoviglie, lavandino, piano di cottura, caffettiera, ecc. La pulizia è buona. Bagno piccolo, ma funzionale, con una grande doccia. Comoda la lavanderia all'interno dell'albergo. Posto macchina gratuito, connessione wifi ok.”

“This place was the best! The owner Matthew personally met us and spent a lot of time talking about his property and all the area attractions! Being in the hotel business myself for over 40 years, I would highly recommended The Lofts for your stay in St.Pete Beach. The place was extremely clean, had a great location and was quiet and peaceful…but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants! Also, very clean heated pool!😎”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Peninsula! It is nestled in the heart of an artsy neighborhood, and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. Not only was the location ideal, but the restaurant staff was incredible, as well! Communication with the hotel staff was clear and easy. I was a bit nervous about “contactless” hotel staff, but it was refreshing and they responded to any questions we had very quickly. We are already planning our next trip! ”

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

The room was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience and a place I’d happily return to.”
