“My hubby and I brought our boys, 9 and 11, for some relaxation in January. Great space, full kitchen, clean, comfortable bed in each of the 2 rooms, 2.5 baths, living room and back porch. View is amazing, and property is beautifully maintained w palms and grass we could walk barefoot through. Good parking and easy to come and go on foot or w a car. Fished right out the backyard and caught some fish and a shark. Lived this villa and area and will be back.”

“I thought the food was great. Even had Foursquare rum, in the bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful, offered many recommendations for beaches and jet ski options. Swim with the Dolphins, is 5 min drive. Only thing i wasnt a fan of, was the tide would go out around 4pm, until 9pm. Leaving a not so great smell during that time. Obviously nothing they can do,but was mot great. Whwn tide was in,was very nice. The pier is nice at night toi.”

“The houseboat was adorable. It was probably one of the cleanest “hotels” I’ve ever stayed at. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the dolphins from the deck in the morning. The front desk staff were wonderful- very friendly. There was an excellent bagel place a short walk away. The only thing to keep in mind is the boat says it sleeps 7 but the 7th loft bed would really only work for a child- or very small agile adult. Also, no mention of only allowing one vehicle on Expedia- any additional vehicle is an additional charge. Please make sure you contact the property ahead of time on this as well. Otherwise, it is clean, quiet and very beautiful. Now knowing the rules and times will definitely stay again.”
