“The "suite" was a single room with a king and pullout sofa, there was no separation. So if you are traveling with children be aware that this is the same as a double queen at any other hotel room.”

“Property and room are beautiful, up to date and well-maintained. Secluded and calm as well. In-house dining was 6.5/10, concierge attitude was subpar and room service the first night was not good, second room service took an hour and a half .”

“Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questo bellissimo resort nella parte delle villette singole (il resort ha due zone separate). Villette a due piani con 2 camere e cucina completa con elettrodomestici di qualità. Piccola zona piscina con amache e bel barbeque per grigliate. Presente pure pontile per barche. Consiglio questo resort al cento per cento!”

“Loved staying here. Had a 2 bedroom suite for 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) and it was perfect. Great amenities, sights, right where you wanna be.”

“The location was great. Walkable to places. It was overall quiet and the small beach area was nice. The pool could have been cleaner and having to get towels from the front desk was not convenient. Also having no bathroom by the pool was also not convenient. Overall, it was nice and I would stay there again, mostly for the location.”

“The hostess/ staff was amazing! Walking the property check in and making sure everyone had their needs met. She even decorated and brought a cupcake for my husband as we were celebrating his birthday. Very thoughtful! Very clean and enjoyable place. Love the quiet no kids, relaxing vibe! Kayaking and paddle boarding along the coast was great too. The sunsets from the property were amazing!”

“We loved our stay at the Three waters resort. Room was very clean, and the whole property was beautiful. we loved that house keeping came every day. We did wish some stuff stayed open a bit longer, a lot of the staff was so nice but there was a few that just seemed rude. Good and drinks are a little over priced. We did a snorkeling and sand bar tour that was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property.”

“I have mixed reviews. The staff was very helpful, especially the lobby bartender, Marcus. The grounds and the pool area are very nicely maintained. The location is very close to Bud and Mary's marina, where my husband booked a half day fishing charter. Also, very close to the Midway Cafe- excellent coffee and key lime pie! My main complaint would be the rooms. They definitely need some upgrades. Our room smelled musty and the hallway did also. Mildew stains on the patio curtains....

“We highly recommend Treasure Harbor house boats, it was clean, the A/C was cold, water heater perfect, and close to everything we needed. It’s like a tiny house on water. Dallas, was accommodating and professional. Overall 5+ stars. We visit the keys often for scuba diving, we have now found our home away from home place to stay. Thank you!!! :-)”
