At some point, as I'm sure the owner knows, he will need to recaulk the bathtub in room 3. Also, for $300 a night I would have expected better coffee and creamer that wasn't frozen solid. “Overall it was a nice place very wonderful views right around it. I would bring or ask for extra pillows they where a little on the thin side. The restaurant has a lot of sea food so if you plan to eat there if you not a seafood person like myself I would eat at the tavern it's more of your everyday food and a little less expensive. It's in a good location to get to local attentions and has a nice hiking trail in walking distance.”

Woman at the desk sent us to the wrong entrance when we checked in (the rest of the staff were very nice). Beach is very nice. Views are great from the patio but hard to get s seat. Patio needs to be expanded and add a 2nd firepit so more guests can enjoy the views”

“The hotels at a good location, very comfortable, enjoyed the balcony, etc. I am a coffee lover and we needed more coffee pods. We happened to meet the housekeeper in the hall and she provided the extra coffee and cups. The restaurant was very good. More information should have been available concerning the various activities in the Lake Placid area. I had to look for information in other areas. we were able to see a number of interesting things.”

“We went for a quiet weekend getaway for a couple. It was very nice! We stayed in a Waterfront Collection King room and liked it a lot. The room needs some maintenance but was very clean, sizable and comfortable. The amenities being right outside the door is an added perk. The lake view is beautiful and the property location could not be better.”
