“The room was smaller than we anticipated which is not the fault of Peakhurst, just noting. When we arrived there was not a clear location to check in. It was only 730pm and were told in the contact information that it would still be open for check in. We went to the restaurant to ask and they contacted someone to come open up the check in location. There was trivia happening in the restaurant so no parking availability. The elevator wasn’t working so we had to lug heavy baggage up several...

“restroom/toilet shower is outside the room and no one to man front desk or answer emergency phone. woke up at 3am to use toilet and forgot my key inside room..was locked out till 9am next day...same thing happened to another guest who missed her 6am flight.called police, they came but also failed to get hold of person incharge and could not help..nor the fire brigade...master keys could not open the rooms”

“The check-in process and staff were very friendly and helpful. While i knew it was just a room and a shared bathroom. Both were kept clean and in good condition. Had fresh towels everyday. The only downfall is that depending on the room you have. There is a window that is not covered and has a bright ledlight shining into the room. So its never fully dark for you to sleep. But that didn't really bother us. ”
