The house was clean and had everything we needed. The back yard was big for my kid to play in loved that it was fenced in. It was everything that they said in the listing. We will definetly stay here again.

Enjoyed our four night stay. Very comfortable home for us as we visited family in the area. Used the back covered patio quite a bit for morning coffee and one night during a thunderstorm. Quiet neighborhood with parks and river walking trails near by. Very good communication with our host. Would stay here again when we return to Hutchinson.

House was perfect for us to come into town from KC and see family. Our lab loved the huge back yard. We would stay here again for sure. Kayla was quick to respond to questions. Communication was Excellent

Lovely home with a lush yard. Fenced backyard with two covered patios. Bedrooms were very nice. We picked this property because it listed bigger beds. Lots of counter space in the galley kitchen. There was an area designated as a coffee bar. Two large living areas with plenty of seating. We enjoyed sitting at the expandable dinning table. Great home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. The host was outstanding!

Place everything that was advertised and more. Rooms were nice, whole house is actually a lot bigger than the listing portrays and it’s a great place. Communication was top notch and overall the whole process was great. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m back up in the area!

The back covered porch and big fenced in backyard were perfect! We spent a lot of our time eating meals out there and letting the kids run off energy!

Property was great for dogs with fenced in back yard. The rooms and house were very clean and accommodating. The host was very easy to get in touch with and answered all questions. Location was close to where we were hunting and the town had everything from food to Walmart very close by. Enjoyed the stay and the home. Would book again for sure.

The house was so clean! Everyone had their own bed. The backyard and patio were dreamy! We got to bring our dog which doesn’t always get to happen. They had delicious coffee pods for us. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Hutch!

Loved everything about it! The home seemed larger in person than the photos. The backyard was awesome our six year old really enjoyed riding his scooter on the large concrete patio and we also liked the outside tv and tables enough for everyone to dine outside. We had a great time just chillin' around the house and having our grandkids come over to visit. The kitchen was efficient and easy to cook in. The whole house was very clean and well kept! Our Grandkids really liked the family room downstairs and hanging in the living room playing games and watching movies. The two bathrooms came in handy with the family visiting! In summation it fit our needs very nicely, this trip was all about visiting our family in Hutchinson. Highly recommended 10/10. Definitely considering renting again on our next trip. Thank You.

Wonderful, dog friendly property close to the fairgrounds! Super clean house and the patio and backyard were magnificent! Great communication from the host. Any wait to book again next your for the annual Hutchinson agility club trial!!
