“Great location!!!! Across street from fire department so a few alarms were loud in the middle of the night but otherwise it was lively.”

“Excellent option for a stay near the Historic Distric. Safe, beautiful and quiet area. Only downside was that the TV set is a bit old, so we couldn't access our own streaming services (Netflix) Other than that, top notch experience.”

“Great location, parking isn’t too bad, but requires some walking. Very steep and narrow stairs to unit - not so easy with more than an overnight bag. Some street and building noise and street lights. Cute neighborhood. Walkable with Kroger grocery nearby. Very small bathroom and shower but lots of natural light. Savannah is an old city and its buildings reflect that age.”

“Prefect is you are looking for the quirk and charm of an old unique home. Grateful for modern A/C. Be aware of steep stairs to the suite and limited availability of walk sockets and overloading when certain appliances are used. We did not have an issue with appliances but did have to unplug lamps to charge or use devices. The location and charm of this building is unmatched. We slept incredibly well and were very very comfortable!”

Comoda la possibilità del parcheggio sia nel garage che sulla strada di fronte alla proprietà.Pulizia buona, ma non ottimale (il divano, il materasso del divano letto ed i cuscini del divano purtroppo non all'altezza della pulizia complessiva della struttura).Nel complesso tuttavia è soluzione che consiglierei senza alcun dubbio.Roberto”

“Extremely happy with the rental from the moment we arrived. Very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were a great size and a wonderful view of the street below. Right next to the market in which I found WAY too many cute gift items (for myself) and the infamous Orange dreamsickle slushy that comes in no other size than xl. Lol. Bank machine also close. Really nothing is too far of a walk. You do pay parking on the street daily which is cheaper than the garage around the corner and much more...

“This little apartment was great. It was in a safe neighborhood and walkable to everything. The A/C worked great on the hot Savannah days. The small porch/deck was nice to have morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Wifi was reliable. Be sure to read all of the instructions on finding the place and getting into it. We didn't and had trouble finding it.”
