The recently renovated villa has a split level design and an outdoor patio that leads to lovely gardens and lawns that are surrounded by coastal forest. Casual and comfortable, Hyams Beach Hideaway is a perfect option for up to 4 guests!

Where will I be?

Hyams Beach Haven is located at the southern end of the Hyams Beach village, and the complex of five has direct access to the main beach at Hyams, along a sandy track. Other bushwalks and the local cafe are also within easy walking distance of the villa.

How is the property laid out?

Hyams Beach Hideaway is located in a small complex of villas. The villa is split level. Guests enter from the rear of the villa and the bedrooms, bathroom and laundry are located on this entry level. The villa has a modern open plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the lounge room. The lounge room is just a few steps down and opens to a small courtyard with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ.

What about outdoors?

Hyams Beach Hideaway has an outdoor patio with a dining setting, BBQ and an outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after the beach! The outdoor area is adjacent to the National Park and surrounded by towering, eucalypt trees and native foliage. Colourful parrots and cockatoos are frequent visitors. Even though you are in the heart of Hyams Beach, you'll feel a million miles away from it all while relaxing outside!

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Hyams Beach Hideaway can be opened to catch the sea breeze and there are ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms to help keep you cool. Electric heating will keep you warm in winter.

What about sheets, towels or other supplies?

High quality sheets and towels are provided at Hyams Beach Hideaway. However, please bring your own beach towel!

Parking for cars?

There is shared parking onsite and there is street parking available close to Hyams Beach Hideaway.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Hyams Beach Hideaway is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the internet is always in service, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

What are the minimum stay rules?

Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
