Godetevi la vostra vacanza a Cape Cod in questa casa confortevole e rilassante situata a Hyannis. La nostra casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e decorata per farti sentire a tuo agio durante le tue vacanze!

Questa casa è stata recentemente arredata e soddisfa le esigenze di una famiglia numerosa, con cinque camere da letto per nove persone. Il primo piano comprende una camera con due letti singoli, perfetta per i bambini in cui dormire. Ci sono anche tre ampie camere da letto con letti queen size, tra cui una camera matrimoniale, e un'altra camera più piccola con un letto doppio al piano di sopra. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per cucinare facilmente a casa, con forno, lavastoviglie e grill all'aperto.

Ci sono due bagni in casa, uno nella camera da letto principale. C'è anche una nuovissima doccia esterna, ottima da usare dopo una lunga giornata in spiaggia!

La casa comprende sia via cavo e wifi, con una TV a schermo piatto situata nel soggiorno. C'è una piccola sala giochi al primo piano, con libri e giochi che i bambini adoreranno! L'aria condizionata centralizzata è installata in casa, per assicurarti di stare fresco nelle calde notti estive. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice che è possibile utilizzare nel seminterrato.

C'è un grande cortile chiuso, che comprende un grande portico e un patio perfetto per intrattenere.

Craigville Beach si trova a pochi minuti dalla casa, e un permesso di parcheggio per la spiaggia è incluso nel noleggio. Downtown Hyannis è anche a pochi minuti che include ottimi ristoranti e negozi di souvenir proprio sulla Main Street! Puoi anche salire sul traghetto nel centro di Hyannis e dirigersi verso Nantucket o il vigneto. Le strade fuori della casa includono anche molte attrazioni, come il mini golf, le gelaterie locali e la tenda della melodia per i concerti estivi.

Nice updated house with plenty of room. The beach pass was great to have! CloseProximity to restaurants, shops and beaches. We had a lovely stay and John was very easy and quick to communicate with.

Good overall but had challenges

overall, we had a good stay but had some issues. The owner communicated ahead of time he was unable to secure beach passes because they were not available, office was closed, etc. On day 1 we discovered that parking is $25+/car per day, more on some local beaches. In talking to other visitors and workers at the beach it became clear that passes were available, though picking them up would have to be arranged. We communicated this to the owner and got very strong, aggressive pushback that it's too inconvenient and he was not going to do this. If the cost of parking was communicated ahead of time (for 2 cars for a week we were looking at $350 in addition to the very high cost of this rental), we may have made other arrangements. In a heated discussion, the owner stated that there were so many things to do at the cape, why were we going to the beach daily anyways? Well, we had a group that included one very pregnant woman and 2 toddlers. Not a lot of options that would accommodate safe fun and social distancing, without a lot of walking. This part was disappointed. One of the pillows in the 1st floor kids room had what appears to be black mold on it. This was discovered when the child occupying the room broke out in hives after her first nap. Upon further examination, lots of things were less than clean. Blankets appeared to not have been washed. Chairs were dusty in the back of each seat and at the backrest spindles, one of the couches had a strong urine-like odor. For a very high weekly rental this did not feel great. Every person in the group except the little kids complained of the beds being too soft, causing backaches. While the kitchen has a lot of basics, there are no pots or pans that can accommodate large meals. With 5 bedrooms and 6 beds, this house can accommodate a lot of people and is advertised as such. However, making a 12 egg scramble is not possible, so cooking was a challenge. There are no lids for any of the medium sized pots or pans. Location was convenient. The beaches are a short drive away and there's mjnigolf at the end of the street (some of us went once). Walgreens is less than a mile away, which was very convenient. We had a good time despite the issues and found less expensive beaches further away. It wasn't as convenient and kind of soured the mood initially but we made it work.

Absolutely perfect stay in a wonderful house near the beach!

My family and I stayed for a delightful week at John's property in Hyannis. John was a very kind and communicative host, and the check-in and check-out processes could not have been easier. We especially appreciated the availability of cleaning materials and hand sanitizer throughout the house, given the current pandemic. The house is lovely and had everything we needed and more to enjoy our time there to the fullest. We spent a number of relaxing evenings having dinner on the deck and watching TV together in the living room. The location is also terrific - we loved being so close to downtown Hyannis and to Craigville Beach, which is definitely our new favorite beach on the Cape.

2020 Summer vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location, all the conveniences of home. John was a very welcoming host and ensured we had all that we needed. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the house and the availability of cleaning supplies to help us feel safe to stay here during the COVID-19 situation. Thank you!

Excellent stay!

This is a great property. The photos accurately portray the property. The home was clean and well kept. The back yard was spacious. The location is ideal with a 2-mile walk/run to the beach. Shopping centers are nearby and soft-serve ice cream is located right down the street. The owners are wonderful to work with. They kept in touch with us and the check-in and check out process was seamless. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great home to rent in the area.

Great Cape Cod property - well set up for 2 familes holidaying together.

Great location - handy for beaches, stores and touring around Cape Cod. Newly renovated house with lovely lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms plus an outdoor shower which we loved. Good spec kitchen and large garden area front and back.
