Cape with Private Beach on Nantucket Sound 2 minuti a piedi

La nostra casa si trova in un tranquillo modo privato cul de sac nel sud Hyannis molto desiderabile. Questa casa classica aggiornata a Cape Cod ha concesso i diritti su una spiaggia sabbiosa privata su Nantucket Sound - a circa 2 minuti a piedi dalla nostra spiaggia per bambini con acqua dolce e poco profonda sull'oceano.

La residenza luminosa ospita nuovi elettrodomestici, mobili e letti. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con bagno privato completo e una veranda di tre stagioni allegata per rilassarsi con accesso a un grande patio ben arredato e cortile privato. La seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza camera ha sia una regina e un letto singolo. Condividono un bagno principale completo. La nostra casa può ospitare comodamente 7 persone. I punti salienti della casa includono: bei pavimenti in legno e piastrelle, cucina in granito ben attrezzata, lavatrici LG di grandi dimensioni, e un open space con una scala a chiocciola per un secondo livello di intrattenimento e un ponte esterno con vista stagionale della palude, Circo Pond e l'oceano. Il garage custodisce comodamente sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia e passeggini da spiaggia per il vostro uso.

Ottimi servizi includono: doccia esterna privata con spogliatoio per lavare via dopo una giornata in spiaggia, due ampi patii, grill a gas naturale Weber all'aperto, due camere familiari con TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata centralizzata e connessione Wi-Fi in tutto. Due passi carrai ospitano parcheggi in strada per quattro (4) auto.

Cammina per 150 gradini fino al sentiero sabbioso che porta a una spiaggia privata con acqua calmo e calda. Questa è un'ottima posizione per il kayak e il paddle boarding. Quando il vento è alto, guarda i windsurfer, i kitesurf e le barche a vela che passano. Goditi la vista di traghetti da viaggio, Great Island e Hyannis Port con Kennedy Compound. Fai una passeggiata lungo l'acqua ed esplora la vicina spiaggia di Keyes a ovest o la spiaggia di Kalmus a est.

A wonderful stay in Jim and Alexia’s home. Everything you could need is stocked and ready for guests. The beach is just steps away and beautiful. The brand new grill was great for a steak dinner and the record albums made for a peaceful nightcap. We will absolutely stay here again!

The house and it’s layout is as perfect as it gets. It is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a vacation rain or shine. The inside is spacious and it has a bonus game room/ loft with a small deck to enjoy a morning coffee. The back yard includes a large table with seating for everyone. The backyard is very quiet and private due to some excellent landscaping. The outdoor shower is amazing and a quintessential feature of a true Cape Cod experience.

Beautiful house and yard with all the amenities. Jim and Alexia are congenial hosts who have thought of everything a visitor might need. It’s a short walk to a very nice private beach and a short drive to Main St., lots of great restaurants, the ferries (in season) and other towns on Cape Cod.

Wonderful property and location!

From booking with Jim and Alexia, to all of the super helpful information they provided, and everything in between, this house was perfection for me and my family’s Cape Cod vacation. We arrived, greeted by Jim, with a great tour. He answered our questions and helped with several great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The house was spotless. It also was decorated beautifully and set up for anything you could possibly need during your stay. Beds were comfy, laundry on site was clutch.

Fabulous house!

Immaculately clean. 3 good size bedrooms with very comfy mattresses. Very well supplied linens and towels. Kitchen great with all the appliances, pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls etc you could possibly want. Large natural gas Weber grill just outside the kitchen door. Terrific backyard with grass, lovely plantings, a large outdoor table with a huge umbrella. Lovely front yard. Very quiet street with off street parking. 2 short blocks to a private beach. Everything labeled and well organized in the house. All remotes labeled as well. Gas fireplace in the large living room with 2 good sized couches and 2 chairs and a nice big Vizeo TV. They also leave a very well organized "manual" with lots of instructions as well as restaurant and what to see recommendations. Also, very good communication with owner. Jim texted me one evening warning us of an incoming nor'easter and letting me know where the lanterns were kept in case the power went out. We would definitely recommend this lovely house if you want a great location in Hyannis!! 10 stars!!

Picture Perfect House

From the moment we pulled up and saw the white picket fence and beautiful garden, we had smiles on our faces. These just got bigger as we met Jim and Alexia and they showed us around the house. It was just beautiful and so much attention to detail. So much thought has gone into making sure guests have everything they need. The instructions on how to use everything were so detailed it made everything so easy. The kitchen had everything you could think of including snacks, the beds were really comfortable and all the areas to chill out in were wonderful, we loved playing the vinyl records on the turntable. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and everything was provided including a trolley to take your chairs down. This is by far one of the best places we have rented and we were sad to leave. Jim and Alexia are the perfect hosts and made it obvious that they wanted us to have a great break. On the day we arrived it was raining and they had printed out a whole sheet of things we could do if it continued to rain ! We will definitely come back.

Paradise on Cape Cod

We spent the most amazing week on Cape Cod at this beautiful property. The home was sparkling clean (essential to my partner)! Every amenity you could think of was provided. The beds were super comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in after a busy day of sightseeing. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Steps to the beach, which is gorgeous. Walking in the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Close to everything in Hyannis. Super easy to catch the ferry to the islands. James was easy to work with, with great communication and follow-up. This was the first time for my partner and his parents to visit Cape Cod and staying in this perfect house made for a great trip for them. Thank you for allowing us the use of this oasis on the Cape. We are already talking about coming back next year.

Peace of paradise in Cape Cod

This property was a joy to stay at. All the spaces were so lovely to relax in. The beds were comfortable and everything was well organized . It was so well supplied with more than ample kitchenware, towels, games etc. We thoroughly enjoyed this little peace of paradise.
