Privato, spazioso e Water Front Home a Cape Cod

Sognando di allontanarsi per un posto speciale e semplicemente per rilassarsi o in cerca di un posto per la vostra prossima vacanza in famiglia? Allora questa è la casa perfetta per voi! Waterfront casa con più attrazioni nelle vicinanze; ristoranti, golf in miniatura, attrazioni per bambini, la principale città di Hyannis, e, soprattutto, la metà strada spiagge- situato tra Craigville sud lato della spiaggia e Millway spiaggia sul lato nord. Tutto è a pochi minuti di distanza.

Spaziosa casa in una bella, zona tranquilla accessibile a tutto! Questa casa ha una vista spettacolare che domina uno stagno poco profondo, con oltre 190 piedi di facciata e completa privacy essendo 400 piedi di distanza dalla strada. Sentitevi liberi di prendere una canna da pesca e sedersi dall'acqua e prendere un po 'bassi, Sunfish, e Pickerel persico o se siete in su per un po' di tranquillità con Madre Natura godere di kayak facendo un passo a destra fuori nel cortile. Godetevi l'ampio portico sul giardino e marrone, mentre altri cucinare qualche cibo delizioso sulla griglia barbecue mentre vigilanza sugli indimenticabili colori rosso e arancione del tramonto.

Aveva troppo sole? Non è un problema! Scegli una delle 6 camere da letto, per rilassarsi in. Due delle camere in fase di master suite separata dal resto della casa, al secondo piano, ciascuno con una cabina armadio, bagno completo con vasca e doccia sharko e una vista mozzafiato delle acque e di verde. Per gli amanti Jacuzzi là fuori, non abbiamo dimenticato di te! La casa ha anche un enorme vasca idromassaggio in uno dei bagni al piano di sotto, oltre a un'altra doccia sharko.

La casa dispone anche di una doccia esterna. Questa casa ha un layout aperto con una nuova marca di cucine in stile europeo progettato da un designer professionista con bellissimi soffitti alti cattedrale di collegamento con la sala, zona soggiorno e un sole room-tutto con vista sul unico nel suo genere, vista mare! La casa è dotata di tutte le necessità potrebbe essere necessario! Si tratta di una casa davvero unica e posizione!

The outdoor space and views of the pond were gorgeous and overall we enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and spread out which is great for big groups. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned adequately before we arrived, especially the floors. The host remediated the issue but it was disappointing given the cost of the rental.

Summer fun for large family

We loved having a secluded place to enjoy our family time in Cape Cod. The views of the pond are incredible and the sunsets second to none. We used it as our jumping off point for activities all along the cape. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and we had everything we needed to enjoy great meals for our family of 11 adults and two babies. Hours of fun in the kayaks, ping pong in the garage and hanging out on the back porch enjoying ice cream with the views.

family get together

We had a fabulous time at this lakefront home. It was our second year in a row and it was just as much fun as the first time. There was plenty of room for the young children in the family and enough nearby activities for the older kids. The house is large enough that we never felt crowded, and we particularly enjoyed the oversized deck. The host answered promptly when we had questions. We look forward to staying there again!

A great week

This home has everything you could need for a week on the Cape! There were 9 adults and 7 children and plenty of room for all! The house sits on a pond with a beautiful deck. Numerous sitting areas and fire pit. All perfect for evenings. Lots to do so close to Hyannis and Craigville beach. Day trip to Mayflower was about a 30 min ride. Very responsive landlord answering questions quickly! All makings for a super nice time on Cape Cod!

Big, beautiful and enough room for us all

The property is beautiful! It is right on a very large pond. We all had coffee in the mornings as we sat on the deck and watched the ducks/swans swimming. Plenty of us used the kayaks. The outside property has a fabulous deck with plenty of seating, a great fire pit(wood was provided), a grill and a Blackstone. We had 13 guests and we all fit comfortably. The inside had plenty of seating as well and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Most rooms have their own AC controller , so people can make it to their liking. A couple of the mattresses have worn out and need replacing, but the rest of the accommodations were truly wonderful.

Outstanding view!

House was great - roomy and gave sense of privacy to huge number of people. Well equipped, kayaks, ping pong, plenty of outdoor seating areas and nice landscaping. Big enough kitchen for several of us to cook in together which isn’t always the case.

Oh so private on the secluded pond

The house was a great size for the eleven of us in our family. All the yard surrounding the house was amazingly landscaped. There was so much for each member of our family to do and, of course, the pond and kayaking was the most fun. We could be active all day and night together. The deck is where we spent most of our time eating and enjoying the views. Thank you for providing our family with an amazing vacation destination of activities and relaxation. This vacation was voted the best ever!

The deck overlooking Shallow pond made the house the perfect place to vacation. Great to kayak and two swans with their 3 children visited the dock. The location of the house was great as it was secluded yet close to anything you might need.

Magical!

The pictures on the website don’t do this place justice. What an amazing experience staying here with friends and family to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Though Shallow Pond has several houses on it, they aren’t visible, so the pond felt like it belonged to us. Such a private place yet less than a 10-minute drive to Shaw’s, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. Also convenient to area beaches, though we didn’t leave the house a couple of days because we enjoyed swimming and kayaking on the pond. I’m already looking to see if it’s available for next year!

Perfect for families!

What a great vacation home! We had 3 families all together for the week (14 people in all) and what a great house and location. The kids and grown-ups enjoyed the kayaks, swimming in the pond, fishing off the dock, and having a campfire at night in the firepit. There was plenty of space in the house to accommodate us all, with ample kitchen amenities to make home cooked meals. We had such a great week, we were sad to see it end!

60th Birthday Bash!

I rented this house for my family to celebrate the 60th birthday of my mom and my aunt. It was a lovely, private home with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The lake/pond(?) was beautiful - especially at sunset - and we took the kayaks out on the lake a few times. We also used the fire pit almost daily. It was a great place to safely reconnect with family :)

Perfect location

The house is exactly as described. All bedrooms have bathrooms in or close except the tiny bedroom upstairs next to the master bathroom. The house includes every amenity you could imagine every appliance every pot pan whatever you need. The Wi-Fi was a problem all week. We all spent a lot of money on data because the Wi-Fi was down for most of the week. Overall we had a great stay we highly recommend you get over to Cape Cod Beer Company and Craigville Beach

Perfect home for family!

We had 13 adults plus a child under 2 stay at the Centerville home for a recent family funeral. The home exceeded our expectations as it was large enough for all of us for 5 days, plus guests that stopped by. The view of the lake from the back porch was amazing. My nieces liked the puzzles during rainy days while the guys played ping pong in the garage. We grilled most nights with the gas bbq. There were enough plates, glasses, utensils, etc for all our cooking and eating needs. Will definitely consider renting again. Jacob was a great host and answered all our questions with a great attitude.
