The value and worth of my 7 day/night stay at the Minerva Grand Kondapur; Excellent! And as a traveler to India for over 4 decades, that says a lot. Indeed, the comfort of my room, the tranquility there, and the overall cleanliness of my room, the hallways, the overall facility, alone: I would highly consider the Minerva whenever I might return to Hyderabad. But what stands ABOVE all of this: the stellar service expressed to me by the staff. This is what places the Minerva permanently on my map with Bold Letters as #1 choice to return to. There are such a number of staff who expressed their professional and kind attention to my needs. Where to begin? I had written down a list of names to keep note of, but sadly in the midst of my return journey, I lost that page. By memory: Vikram at the front desk, Prasanth at the front desk; both of whom facilitated my stay, my transportation smoothly, respectively. Also Vijay who arranged for me to have an adaptor so that I could use my computer with an American plug, for recharging. And those, each warm smiles, who served me at the Blue Fox restaurant [as well as those cheerfully taking my phone orders --chai and more-- for delivery to my room], and those who delivered meals to my room, and those who assisted me at the elevators. I very highly recommend the Minerva. And I hope, per circumstances, to greet the Minerva staff again in the not distant future. [Finally, I apologize for missing other specific names.Kind wishes.]

Great location for my trip plans Made me extremely uncomfortable for checking & check out process.No customer service at all ,that should be priority for service industry like hotels.Since My childhood,Minerva& Bluefox were my favorite places to dine & lodge.I don’t think,I ever go back.

Extremely disappointed with the overall service. WIFI was not all working all the time. people did not resolve it quickly.

Okay place, don't go by the pictures online.
The rooms have not been maintained well at all. Don't go by the pictures shown online. The first room smelled like mold. I asked them to switch me to a different room. But the A/C in the other did not work well. Opaque windows, so you don't get any natural light. The corridor is dinghy. The breakfast was rather nice though.

yes of course it was a good one to stay. but only problem that check in and checkout timings should be 24 hours otherwise we are loosing money for full one day.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet.
To put it in American terms: you're getting a Hampton Inn (but with much better breakfast) for the price of a Motel Six. Stay at this hotel if you need to be in Kondapur or near Hitec City. Great south Indian breakfast buffet, best mattress ever, good soundproofing so we didn't suffer from the incessant street noise.

Wont recommend for longer stay
Two things which hotel should consider changing - internet connectivity which is too slow and buffet breakfast which is same everyday. Seriously everyday same breakfast!!! If you have to stay for a day or two it is good. But in case you are staying for more than a week, please consider other options too.

Perfect business hotel
The accommodations are great for a business visit. The room was nice and clean, the shower works really well (great water pressure and temperature). The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options.

front office took 36 minutes to allot me a room even after booking online.!!! once u place room service food order or any house keeping requests, it takes forever to come to room. rest all good !! good thing about all is very good breakfast !!!

not bad - nd not good
first time..reached at early morning 4am, room was not ready even though booking started previous day after 12pm..wait for 30 minutes to get room. Compelled to change room 3 times in 9 day stay .ac got smell ..no technician to repair ...as usual toilet flush not working...water very bad sorry sir cant do any thing to do... today ..we hope arrange another room another day !! not bad !!!

Excellent Place
I stayed there for 4 days and it was really amazing the staff was very courteous room service was prompt (most of the times) food is very good specially the Fish Tikka Masala, "Yummy"......just one thing bad is there was a lot of power failure in the room for few minuets at least once a day

By and large it is good.They should be more diplomatic in checking the room for their furniture etc before checkout.This embraces the guest.though I do not find it wrong,they could have done the checking without the knowledge of the guest holding him while finalising the bill.the breakfast arrangement was excellent and the restaurant is very nice and staff is guest friendly and menu meets all types of requirements.
