“There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt.”

“The beds are terrible, both of us had terrible back pain after the first night. There were loud noises until well after midnight. The breakfast was nothing more than pre packaged donuts, dry to say the least, and the coffee was terrible. I won’t stay there again”

“Room was clean but in rough shape, carpet was matted and deformed. Staff was excellent and the helpful with arranging shuttle.”

“This is a nice hotel, but I expected more amenities for the price. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The breakfast is very limited especially for my husband who has celiac disease and can't have gluten. We did enjoy the young man at the front desk.”

“The hotel was incredible and the new redesigned rooms were beautiful. The staff at the bar and restaurant were extremely helpful and positive. I just wish the pool area was better managed. There were young children swimming in the hot tub with swim diapers , parents too busy taking tik tok videos of themselves to notice their kids in the pool... There shouldn't be infants in the hot tub but the parents were bringing all ages of kids into the scalding water and it was extremely unsafe. We...

“Nice property. Convenient location. Bathroom sink needed attention. Issue was addressed properly. Road construction in the area throughout summer26.”

“Most of the lights I’m my room did not work. The walls had a lot of patching painting that needed to be done in the room. The room needed dusting for cobwebs. The AC was quite noisy. The flooring in the room was new and nice. The furniture in the room was outdated and in poor repair with the sofa cushions ripped open. Pillow cases were ripped.”
