“HORRIBLE, location was seedy by a bus stop. Room didn't have working heat or air conditioning, my shades in my room on first floor were broken and the curtains didn't close, so people could see in. This was my second room as the first one was worse! The maintenance guy brought me a fan but even though it was 40 outside, my room wouldn't get cooler than 77 degrees. The bedding was old and threadbare. Since I booked on expedia I could not get a refund! This is the worst place I have EVER...

“This hotel was a wonderful home away for a week. It is immaculate. Very attentive staff. The underground parking was such a welcome surprise during a snowstorm. Pool is clean, great hot tub and fitness. Proximity to a fantastic restaurant and grocery. ”

“not having breakfast included is not a good look for a hotel to have to pay the rate charged and then have to pay for breakfast will prevent me frome ever staying here again ”

“I love Embassy Suites Hotel but I had a few issues with this location. My biggest issue was with the cleanliness of our room. There was hairs (look like from shaving) in and around the sink and tub was not cleaned. Also there were no towels each time we went to the pool. Bartender in the bar/restaurant area was unfriendly due to having no help and being overwhelmed (im guessing or maybe thats just her way). Also front desk clerk seemed to be in the same mindset.. (very dismal). The good...

“The young lady in the front desk she is very friendly and helpful The staff in the breakfast area he did very good job he was super busy and he tried the best to serve the breakfast on time ”

“Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti. Colazione non inclusa ma il ristorante dell’hotel offre un ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente alti. Offre anche pranzo e cena sempre a prezzi decisamente superiori alla media. Camera pulita e silenziosa anche se un pot datata.”
