“Fast, easy check in; friendly staff”

“The room was clean, the bed comfortable, breakfast was free and good, staff was friendly. The one chair in the room was not comfortable”

“We checked in at 9:00 pm - pool closed room never cooled down- especially the front half of the room where sofa beds is located. left at 6:30 am room was not that cleaned - needs carpet cleaned; all mattress needs to be replaced including sofa bed. Hotel is dark and needs to be cleaned including elevators, and hallways.”

“When we checked in the AC was off. It was 95 degrees in the room. We turn on the AC but it did not get cool until the morning hours. When I told the desk clerk he said he would tell the manger. The shower was loose from the wall. It was a miserable night.”

“I have stayed here before but in recent years it seems thst the property has taken a turn for the worse. I was in town for the weekend. We arrived late in the evening on Friday and quickly noticed the room had a odor when we entered. After settling in we noticed that the closet door would not stay closed, istead there was a trash can put in front of the door to kepp it closed. There were multiple flies in the room. Could have happened when leaving the door open when cleaning. The tub had "tiles"...

“A bar of soap was preventing toilet to flush properly, they took care of it immediately, but that makes me think if the toilet was cleaned before we arrived. No one saw that visible bar of soap there? I was given a handicap room due to no more regular available. No hooks in bathroom, no bar to hang clothing, No iron.
