“I stayed here for just a few hours . The place is awesome ! Staff very polite and courteous. I will certainly come back here next time I have to stay in Bangalore . The only difficulty I had was to reach the bath towels.. the rack is meant for 9 ft tall people not for 5 ft people like me ! 😄 apart from that I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay . ”

They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice. “I stay for 6 nights at Shangri-lain Bangalore. very nice hotel, clean, rooms are very nice, big and with a very good smell. I've tried two of the 4 restaurants and the quality of food is good. One thing I didn't like, that at the buffet restaurant, if you do not ask for a bottle water they bring you a glass of water...and in India this is not a good choice.”
