“Excellent staff, Excellent breakfast, very clean and the staff did not question guest who came to visit me. I travel on business so have different people come to my room for business discussions. To many hotels in bbsr demand identification and will even come to the room during business meetings. Its very annoying. Crown was very professional in all.”

“My stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean. The washroom was immaculately clean. The Manager (Either Rahul or Rajeev) was very helpful and provide the guidance. He also assisted me get the Lord Krishna's darshan at Jagannath Puri. Overall value for money.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom design is not practical. When showering, the whole room is flooded. During my eight nights stay I had only two mornings of hot water. The (free) breakfast is very basic but suffcient. I have given four stars because of the staff which is very friendly and helpful.”
