“I had a very disappointing stay at Quality Inn & Suites Lafayette. This was room 143, and it was clearly not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair on the toilet, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the room had a strong foul odor from the moment we walked in. We checked in very late and noticed these issues right away, but chose to ignore them to avoid moving all our belongings to another room. After settling in, we checked under the beds due to the smell, but they were enclosed, so nothing...

“The hot tub was down. The pool heater wasn’t working. First room neither tv remote worked so they moved room. The second room found bedbugs in they moved us room and comped us one night and gave us quarters to dry all our belongings. Some of the staff was rude and acted like they just didn’t care and then acted like it was our fault ”

“This property appeared to be under renovation. There was lots of partially done projects like paint, plaster doors hinges carpet lights fans. The room itself was clean, but marijuana permeated the air both in the room and in the hallway. ”

“At first, I thought the musty smell was coming from bed sheets. But then I realized it was actually from the mattress and the bed sheets. And the smell still hasn’t gone away from my body.”
