“All one seeks for a stay away---clean room and premises, friendly, helpful staff, varied and plentiful breakfast options. Although not in downtown central Carmel, the area was safe with a few good restaurants and a food store within walking distance. Gym and pool looked inviting--not used this visit as they were pretty crowded with teen athletes staying in area for competitions. Staff handled all smoothly.”

“The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.”

“We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. “This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job!”

“Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. Thank You”

“Staff was great and very attentive. The hotel is in serious need of an update. From the old carpet, shower head with parts missing, rusty bathtub and tons of dirt and dust throughout the room. I think that our room heard every flush, shower and sink flow, all very loud. Nice to have fridge and microwave”

“While this hotel has great breakfast, there were so many problems. -Elevator was broken all 4 days. -Ice machine broken except on top floor ( but no elevator) all 4 days -Guest laundry on 1st floor broken dryer. -All bathroom fans turned off at property (if you hand wash clothes they never dry), -Housekeeping service never offered or explained if it is limited. This is a one-star hotel.”

“We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.”
