“The location that was put in the map is not where the hotel is, I had to travel for 3 hours from where they showed it was located to where it actually was because of the distances and traffic which was the reason why I was looking to book a hotel close to the airport. I called hotels.com to complain about it and they couldn’t not help me, Which I found disappointed! The booking said the rooms included breakfast but upon getting to the property, the management said they wouldn’t give us breakfast...
