This bright walkout basement apartment is filled with natural light and features a spacious king bed, a small futon, and a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals. Wake up just steps from downtown coffee shops, breweries, and boutiques, then spend your day exploring the Idaho Falls Greenbelt or catching a game across the street. After a day of adventure, unwind with a soak in the tub, spin a favorite vinyl on the record player, or relax in the fully fenced backyard. With thoughtful touches, fast fiber internet, and all the amenities you need, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Guests can enter through the shared front door into the foyer, then head down a few steps to their private walkout basement suite. You’ll have your own secure keypad entry on the suite door for easy, contactless check-in. The suite also has direct access to the fully fenced backyard and a second keypad entry on the back door, perfect for enjoying the outdoor space during your stay. Please note that while all interior spaces are private and only accessed with your private keypad, the front yard and foyer are shared spaces between our upstairs VRBO guests and basement guests (you).

Summer 2025 Updates
As of 8/2025 the green sofa bed pictured is in a professional re-upholstery repair shop. Unfortunately a guest ruined this one of a kind piece and we are working diligently to have it repaired quickly.

This summer, Idaho Falls is experiencing a larger-than-usual box elder bug and lawn gnat outbreak. While they are completely harmless, we know they can be a nuisance. At any homes affected, we have weekly pest control treatments in place, plus additional measures like essential oils and sticky strips at windows and doors to help keep them out.

You can help us by keeping doors and windows closed whenever possible, closing curtains at night, switching off lights when not needed (especially in bathrooms), and avoiding leaving food or drinks uncovered. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone.
