Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
The staff at the front desk were rude when we asked if we could check in before 4. Of course they said no we had to wait till 4. We came ack at 4 and a different person was rude even though we had a reservation. The hallways to the rooms smell awful and are not vacuumed regularly. The room at first sight seemed ok just dated. Then we started looking around. Stating with the bathroom. The shower/tub was not clean, did not have a plug for a bath, mold in the grout, hair on the wall, very dirty shower curtain. The bath towels smelled sour. The coffee cups in the room were dirty with old drinks. The coffee pot was disgusting. The wallpaper is peeling all around the room. Only 1 light worked. Bulbs in the rest of the lights were burnt out. There were spots where the drywall was falling on the floor. The ceiling was sagging from a previous leak. The tv guide is no help, out of 20+channels only about half worked. The hot tub had some very questionable items floating in it and a build up of sand on the bottom from the filter. The breakfast that is supposed to be from 6-10 was not started by 6:15. As we were leaving at 6:20 due to no breakfast, the “breakfast crew” was finally pulling up in the parking lot. Generally the whole hotel looks, smells, and feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. So we were not too upset skipping a breakfast that would have not only been rushed but may not have even done with clean cooking utensils. About the only good thing was lots of parking
