“Mountain places normally don’t have AC, but they usually rely on ventilation with opening doors and windows, but in July it was very warm this year and the place would not cool down until about 12:30 am or 1am for decent normal sleep temperature. So it was frustrating to do vacation things when you didn’t have as much sleep as you could have. I would ask the owner of this space to have a portable AC unit to help out these instances. “The place was newer, clean and well organized. The location is great for activities in the area. We didn't use it during our stay but the kitchen was nicely setup with everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. It didn't bother us during our stay but it is near a railroad crossing and you'll here trains when they come through. We would stay here again if we visited the area. ”

We were very convenient to the Red Rocks Amphitheater, which was a highlight of our trip, and also to local hiking trails and other attractions. The studio was very nicely appointed, well-stocked with essentials, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
